This delicious duo gift set from Cape Treasures includes a smooth extra virgin olive oil and a sundried fig balsamic reduction. Cape Treasures form part of Turqle Trading, a social enterprise in Cape Town who develop and market fairly traded and ethical food products. Turqle pays 2.5% of the export price of this product to the Fair Trade Trust for the education of the workers and their families. This pair of flavours are equally at home combined as a simple salad dressing, but they're also great finishers for roasted veg and grilled meats or as a delicious dip for bread. By themselves, each one is wonderful but together they're magnificent.
