A Great Taste Award winner, this 73% Bittersweet Dark Chocolate is made entirely (bean-to-bar) in Ghana with freshly harvested Fairtrade cocoa to create great flavour and benefit local communities.
A touch of sweetness and rich Ghanaian cocoa combine to give the 73% dark chocolate a mouth-watering melt full of nutty notes.
Although this product is not labelled as "Fairtrade", the farmers and factory are certified Fairtrade. Made In Africa also have an agreement to pay an extra 50% of the Fairtrade premium, meaning they pay 150% in total. The extra money is used for development projects in the farmer community.
