Rich, melt-in-the-mouth cookies - sure to please any chocoholic!

Sweet FA Gluten Free is a range of cookies created by Island Bakery’s Chief Biscuit Engineer Fiona Aitali.  Fiona is an outstanding baker, and has been with Island Bakery since their early days of baking bread and pastries.  When she was diagnosed as Coeliac, Fiona devoted her skills to Gluten Free baking and her colleagues at Island Bakery were so impressed with her creations they put them into production - and so Sweet FA.

These really are amazing gluten-free cookies. With a special blend of flours and generous proportions of delicious additions, these are indulgent treats anyone can enjoy.  Not only are they are gluten-free, they’re vegan, organic and palm oil free too.
